3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) wen7 account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wen7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. wen7 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 You must notify wen7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. wen7 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
3.4 wen7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the declination.
4.1 All wen7 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wen7 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposits must be made from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. wen7 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be held pending investigation and returned to the source without crediting your wen7 account.

All such promotions are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting all applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 wen7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have accepted a promotional offer in good faith will not have the terms of that specific offer changed retroactively to their detriment.
5.4 Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional structures through coordinated betting, or placing low-risk or zero-risk bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds and may result in account suspension.
6.1 All bets placed and games played on wen7 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product as displayed within the platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before participating.
6.2 All sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the wen7 system, the accepted odds are fixed for that bet except where:

10.3 wen7's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their wen7 account in the preceding thirty (30) days, regardless of the nature of the claim or cause of action.
11.1 wen7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if:
11.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, wen7 reserves the right to retain any or all funds in the account, including real money balance and bonus balance, as a remedy for the breach. In cases of account closure not related to a breach — such as closure at the Member's own request — the real money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
11.3 Members may close their wen7 account voluntarily at any time by contacting wen7 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days.
